I've found what keeps people from having a meditation practice are the misconceptions surrounding what meditation should look like. Because of these misconceptions, most folks trying to create a habit out of meditation end up doing the thing for around 6 weeks, then lose consistency, then quit and don't start up again until their next burnout or expensive retreat.
Having a regular practice won't feel like an obligation. It won't feel like a foreign object in your life. Having a meditation practice feels natural, and easy. It's like breathing. You can focus on it, or you can just let it happen naturally, but either way it's there.
Taking (In)ventory is a 45-60 minute workshop designed to clear up misconceptions, and demystify a very real, very accessible, and very useful tool that will make a difference in your thoughts, relationships, career, and life.
Our bodies can assume hundreds of shapes & steady postures. These days we mostly live in three; sitting, standing, and laying down, none of which are done with great awareness or skill.
In Un(Sit)Yourself, my 60 minute posture and correctives workshop, you'll learn my four steps to active standing and sitting, you'll learn the proper way to breathe deeply, the best positions for sleeping, and why all of these things make a difference in our ability to lead vital, pain free lives. Additionally you'll learn a couple of simple, but life-changing corrective exercises to address the most common lifestyle-related physical issues.
"Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication."

Yoga can have a reputation for being somewhat bewildering, especially to beginning practitioners. I remember when I first started my practice wishing I had a cheat sheet, or master key. My Primacy of Tadasana series is just that- a uniquely practical deep dive into this timeless practice, drawing on modern fitness principles, precise cuing, and sharp metaphor to provide real-life context to your practice as a new student or long-time teacher.
In Primacy, you will learn
The Primacy of Tadasana can be taught as a single day, half-week, or full-week intensive.
